Had my first go at regulating an actual wristwatch. New Seiko SNK809k2, had some beat error/slow rate out of the box that I didn’t necessarily like. Hoping for insight on how I did? Also wondering which positions are the most critical. See comment.

first post ever. during lockdown, i discovered that parts were available to do seiko mods and i fell into the black hole. also tried my hand at painting the dial with acrylic paint, gold leafing and resin.
