| Notes: | Officially named "Tentagraph", this is Grand Seiko's first mechanical chronograph. It features the twin barrel cal. 9SA5 as its base. This movement has a "dual impulse" escapement which efficiently transfers energy to the balance wheel both indirectly through the pallet fork and directly from the escape wheel. The chronograph function uses a vertical clutch and column wheel for high accuracy. |
